NCWEP aspires to help develop a quality workforce for the future. We hope to help students develop values and ethics pertaining to the world of work. To do so, we need the help of local businesses to teach and model their own values and ethics. In turn, this will help businesses by ensuring that future graduates and job applicants area fully prepared to enter the workforce.
